But the G-Unit rapper took to his alma mater, August Martin High School in Jamaica, New York, last week, with a much more straightforward message: <strong>Get your education.<\/strong> Banks donated $10,000 to the school library and offered words of encouragement to an auditorium full of students:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>'I wanted to be a writer. I loved English. [...] I wanted to know how to count my money, so <strong>I love math<\/strong>.
