  1. A lot of people hate mathematics - and this kind of advertisement helps to perpetuate that hate<\/li>\n
  2. When mathematics is taught in a much more practical, applied and hands-on manner, and when we let computers (or calculators) do more of the tedious algebra, then we have some hope of more students liking math.<\/li>\n
  3. The left hand side of their second equation makes no sense mathematically...:-)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
